We offer our users to ask for a refund and in return what we ask you to give us an honest and a valid reason behind you asking for the refund. It will only take a minute of your time but will help us figure out what made you ask for a refund in the first place. It will help us improve our content, which in turn, will improve your experience the next time you're on our site. Below we have clearly laid out how our refund policy works, so you don't run into any confusion.

After your request for a refund is accepted your account will automatically be credited with the correct amount. The time taken to process the refund will depend on the payment method you selected.Note: the refund amount can only be transferred back to the account the original purchase was made from.
If you use Stripe (Debit & Credit cards) to make the payments it will take 5-10 business days for your refund amount to be credited to your account. any payment processing fee and/or charges deducted at the point-of-sale cannot be refunded. if your payment for the course went through a conversion, your refund amount will be converted back to the original currency you initially paid with.
If you use easy paisa or jazz cash to make payments, it will take 1-7 business days for us to refund that amount.
We don't offer a refund on 1 to 1 sessions and live courses, as it is difficult to account for the time lost by the instructor.
Please note that your return may be subject to any processing fees applicable by the payment method you choose. You have to understand that, although mindGigs is working hard to bring you the best customer service, this is something we have no control over. Rest assured you will receive the agreed amount, after the deduction of course, You also have to understand that the instructor you opt for will have put a lot of work and effort into the course they have prepared for you, so make sure it is for a valid reason before you request a refund.
